What we are looking for:

Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests. Able to create mixologist level cocktails along with the knowledge of classic cocktails. Prepares and serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and ingredients. Must be fully knowledgeable of our food & beverage menus, selling techniques and service delivery of all items. Guide guests with recommendations for any allergy issues and accurately take guests orders. Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age. Serves guests responsibly in accordance with Company policy, alcohol awareness training and state laws. Full working knowledge of our POS system, able to enter guest orders accurately with correct seat numbers, itemize bills correctly, and efficiently secure cash and other forms of payment Able to assist with food running to bar and dining room tables. Management in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, POS station, tools, supplies and ensures equipment is in good working order, including maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar. Restocking of all bar inventory. Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Ideal Candidate:

One year of fine dining restaurant bartending experience preferred. Mixologist experience preferred. Knowledgeable of menu items, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes. Must have a strong passion for food, beverage and service. Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
