Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering operations. Manage time effectively during high-volume periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, beverage preparation, and responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that promotes sales and enhances guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
