Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist with banquet events and catering services as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food service periods. Stay updated on beverage trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail innovations. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. Proficient in basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling. Experience with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
