JOB SUMMARY

Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Follows West Texas Chophouse recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Engages with guests in a professional, friendly manner while ensuring responsible alcohol service. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Prepares and serves beverages according to West Texas Chophouse recipes and standards Provides prompt, friendly, and attentive service to bar guests and dining room staff Maintains full knowledge of drink menu, specials, and promotions Ensures bar area is clean, stocked, and organized at all times Accurately processes orders and payments through the POS system Monitors guest alcohol consumption and adheres to responsible serving practices Assists servers by preparing drinks in a timely manner Completes assigned side work, including stocking, cleaning, and prep tasks Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards Works with a sense of urgency while managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred Skills /

Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Knowledge of liquor laws and safe alcohol service practices Ability to accurately prepare and serve beverages according to recipes Basic math and cash handling skills Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide excellent guest service

START PAY IS
