Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Skills:
- Strong math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and processing payments
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and cocktail recipes
- Hospitality mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs
