Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverage options, and accommodate special requests Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service flow Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences, maintaining high hospitality standards Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, dining area, and service stations to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues promptly Experience Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Strong background in food service, customer service, and guest relations Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and positive interaction Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Knowledge of serving procedures, guest services standards, and phone etiquette Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
