Responsibilities Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport. Manage bar inventory by tracking supplies, restocking as needed, and reporting shortages to ensure smooth operations. Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system to process payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by providing timely beverage service in diverse settings. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours and contribute to a positive work environment. Skills Previous experience working as a bartender in environments like nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet halls is highly desirable. Proficiency with Toast POS system and basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and understanding their needs. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices within the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding legal requirements related to alcohol service. Familiarity with retail math concepts for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
