We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Server Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery Anticipate guest needs and provide a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Uphold company standards of hospitality, service, and professionalism Bartender Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Provide exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming atmosphere Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations Assist with inventory management, stocking, and opening/closing duties Support servers and other team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications Previous hospitality, restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays TABC Certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire What We Offer Competitive pay with strong earning potential Flexible scheduling Career growth and advancement opportunities Employee discounts Supportive and team-focused work environment Ongoing training and professional development Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service.
