Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Skills Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, especially in a restaurant and bar environment. Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Strong understanding of retail math to manage transactions effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
