• Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to join us part-time. This role is a mix of retail sales + light bar service , so you'll be helping customers shop, checking them out, and occasionally serving drinks behind the bar. If you love people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great customer experience—this is for you.
• Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, upbeat manner Process transactions using POS system Help customers find products and answer questions Maintain clean, organized store and bar areas Restock merchandise and assist with displays Serve beer/wine (if applicable) and check IDs Support vendors by keeping their areas organized Assist with opening/closing duties
• Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable learning POS systems Must be 18+ (21+ preferred for bar service) Retail or bar experience is a plus (not required)
• Schedule Part-time (20-30 hours/week) Must be available weekends Flexible scheduling available
