Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender / Server, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will expertly serve food and beverages, craft cocktails, and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude will ensure our guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Whether working at the bar or table side. Some shifts will be entirely bar and some will be entirely serving. No previous bar experience required, at the very least a general understanding of classic drinks recipes and being a quick learner, we can train you. Responsibilities Take and accurately relay drink and food orders using Clover POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions and keeping the bank at the correct amount. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, following proper food handling procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food during busy periods such as banquets or catering events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts in settings like nightclubs or fine dining venues. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety standards are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and accurate tab management. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments while maintaining a friendly demeanor
