Server/Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions and operate all POS systems
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for catering events

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and operating a cash register
• Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for retail calculations and handling money accurately
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices
