A Sever is tasked with ensuring the FOH runs smoothly, through expedition and serving of food and drink, while maintaining great hospitality and customer care. Candidates for this role need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and often stressful work environment. They also need passion and enthusiasm for what they do, and are team players. The hours are typically long, mostly during the weekends and evenings when the restaurant is at high volume. Server Duties and Responsibilities provide excellent service to all guests expediting and maintaining efficiency in food ordering, preparation and delivery actively participates, monitors and maintains compliance with cleaning and sanitation procedures handles customer complaints, concerns in a professional way answers the phones and books reservations, as needed greets and seats customers maintain calm in high volume environment through hands-on assistance of

FOH Pay Frequency:

Weekly, Rate of $3/hr + tip pool
