This Role Looks Like:

You'll prepare drinks for bar guests and the dining room, maintain a clean and organized bar, and provide responsible alcohol service while managing volume during peak hours, while maintaining a section of tables on the floor.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently Engage guests with friendly, professional service Maintain bar and table section cleanliness and organization Support servers with drink service

Requirements:

Previous bartending and serving experience preferred TABC & Texas Foodhandlers' certification Must be willing to wear German-style attire on weekends and special events Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and alcohol service laws Ability to manage high-volume service Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
