Food Handler Certification Full Job Description Description:
Bartender - Sports Bar We are seeking an experienced Bartender for our Sports Bar, Bonnie and Clyde's.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours This is a full time position We offer an excellent benefits package which includes: Medical, dental, vision, prescription and life insurance Vacation and holiday pay Outstanding team member benefits in all Hilton Family of brands hotels Employer matched 401 K program
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high volume hotel bar or full service restaurant Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
