Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely delivery Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and processing payments accurately Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to sanitation protocols in line with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in a restaurant setting Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving, host/hostess duties, or bartending in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a restaurant setting Join us as a Server where your energy fuels unforgettable dining experiences!
