Server/ Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional service in a lively environment, whether at the bar, dining area, or during special events. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience with POS systems such as Toast or Spot on along with a solid understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. The Server/Bartender will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. Duties Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Toast or Spot on POS Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies Provide attentive customer service, addressing guest needs and inquiries with professionalism Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions and process payments using POS systems/ Handhelds Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Experience Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Spot on is preferred Minimum Experience working in the food industry, including serving & bartending Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience with food industry standards related to beverage mixing, sales, and cashiering processes Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings such as nightclubs or restaurants This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
