Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service during shifts Clear tables and bussing duties to maintain a spotless environment for guests Support food preparation and presentation for banquet events, catering functions, or restaurant service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders and payments Handle cash transactions with precision while maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain cleanliness in all areas including bar stations, dining spaces, kitchens, and service areas through regular cleaning routines Support food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations to ensure safety and quality standards are met Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; banquet or hotel experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently and uphold high sanitation standards Experience in food preparation, catering support, or barista work enhances your versatility in the role Knowledge of food handling safety protocols within the food industry Previous experience working in nightclubs or serving at events like banquets is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or hotel background can provide valuable insights into hospitality operations This role is an excellent stepping stone for anyone passionate about hospitality who wants to grow their skills in a lively environment.
