This role involves engaging with guests and ensuring a memorable experience. Prior experience in banquet service or food industry settings is highly valued. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service protocols. •Must have evening availability and willing to work weekends Duties Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN! Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest's needs Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe bar; completing side duties Able to operate POS Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and engaging guest interactions. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced setting such as a restaurant or hospitality venue. Experience with serving in the food industry, including catering or retail math applications related to beverage sales. Alcohol Certification, as required
