Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and retail math calculations. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist with food service when required, including serving food items at bars or banquet events while adhering to food handling safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, nightclubs, or banquet functions, providing excellent service in high-energy environments. Monitor guest behavior responsibly and intervene when necessary to uphold safety standards within the venue. Use basic math skills for billing, making change, and tracking sales data efficiently during busy shifts. Stay informed about beverage trends, brewing techniques, and new products to enhance the guest experience continually. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for smooth transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience serving in fast-paced environments where time management is crucial to delivering timely service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times. Familiarity with alcohol laws and responsible serving practices within the hospitality industry. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking are required. Experience in catering or retail food service adds valuable insight into diverse customer needs. A background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve beverage preparation or bartending duties is advantageous.
