We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in craft cocktails and guest experience, and works well as part of a collaborative team. This is a tipped position. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Monitor inventory and assist with restocking bar ingredients and supplies Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards Process orders accurately using the POS system Qualifications 1+ year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or cocktail bar preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Weekend and evening availability required Interest in Japanese food, culture, and hospitality is a plus What We Offer Competitive tipped income Flexible scheduling Team-oriented work environment Growth opportunities within the company Employee dining discounts If you are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
