In this dual role, you will oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food and beverage service, and efficient team management. Your leadership will create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine management expertise with bartending skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience Lead and motivate staff through training, coaching, and development to uphold service standards Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to maximize productivity Prepare and serve a variety of beverages as a skilled bartender, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures Enforce food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Oversee customer service interactions to resolve issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and contribute to ongoing training initiatives Requirements Proven experience in food service management with a background in supervising teams within quick service or fast food restaurants Demonstrated bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes, bar setup, and beverage presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience managing inventory control, budgeting, and cost control measures in a hospitality setting Excellent leadership abilities with prior supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality environments Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production processes, and culinary experience is preferred Hospitality management or restaurant experience combined with training & development skills is highly valued Join our team to lead with energy and passion!
