Responsibilities Take and accurately relay customer orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering duties like processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to proper food handling procedures. Support banquet or catering events by serving food and drinks efficiently in a fine dining or nightclub setting. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management while maintaining a positive attitude. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; strong basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
