Server/Bartender

High demand, fast paced establishment is looking for an experienced service member to join our team. Come be a part of a group of restaurants that values dedication and hard work!-should have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast paced restaurant-be able to professionally drive steps of service through guests' dining experience-be able to both anticipate guests' needs and follow through in fulfilling them-have knowledge of classic & popular cocktail recipes, intermediate wine knowledge, and a resume with elevated food theory-should have the capability to retain said LBW and food knowledge-ability to quickly and efficiently ring in orders via POS, as well as port said orders-ability to move in a tight space with other team members-desire to work neat, keep things tight, clean and efficient-ability to follow recipes, create batches, measure and shake/stir multiple drinks correctly-desire to execute cocktails correctly through shift in accordance with Bar Managers directions-ability to listen to team members and work together efficiently in a section or on the floor as a whole-be able to conform to health code and cleanliness regulations-be able to work nights, and must have permanent Sunday & Monday availabilityWe offer:-experience with a James Beard Nominated Chef-flexible schedules-health insurance and benefits-paid time off, closed on Tuesdays and most major holidaysAverage salary of $80,000 a year in tips before taxes and tip out.
