Job Description

The Toasted Yolk Café is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable Server/Bartender to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service Taking accurate food and beverage orders Making menu recommendations and answering guests' questions Preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages Checking identification and following all alcohol-service laws Entering orders accurately and delivering food and drinks promptly Checking on guests throughout their visit Processing payments and handling cash responsibly Keeping tables, server stations, and the bar area clean and stocked Completing opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties Communicating with the kitchen, management, and other team members Following all food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service procedures The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. A current TABC certification and Food Handler certificate are required.
