Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure the bar is well-equipped at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food pairing suggestions and support catering or banquet events as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, mixology, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Previous food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, brewing processes, and craft beer trends is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and beverage presentation standards.
