Bartender / Server

Tank'd & Loaded is hiring friendly, energetic Bartenders/Servers to join our team in Houston, Texas. We are a lively bar and lounge committed to providing guests with great drinks, quality food, and an enjoyable atmosphere. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol service Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests regularly Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining, and service areas at all times Process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately Restock bar supplies, glassware, and ingredients as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work, cleaning, and inventory Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service and obtain any required Texas alcohol service certification (such as TABC) in accordance with state regulations

Work Environment:

This position operates in a bar and lounge setting with moderate to loud noise levels and a high volume of guest interactions. Team members must maintain a professional appearance and follow all sanitation and safety procedures.

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions may be available based on business needs. Scheduling will primarily include evening, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

$2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
