Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, delivering exceptional customer service while crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to ensure guest safety. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing high-volume service periods. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety standards within the hospitality industry. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
