Our bar program blends classic cocktails with Indian-inspired elements and premium spirits. Position Overview We are looking for professional, high-energy bartenders who can deliver exceptional service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods. This is not a basic bartending role — we expect strong product knowledge, service awareness, and accountability . Key Responsibilities Bar Execution Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency Follow recipes and presentation standards Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume service Guest Experience Provide engaging and professional service to guests Make recommendations confidently Maintain a clean and organized bar environment Service Support Support servers with drink tickets Communicate with FOH and kitchen teams Maintain service flow and timing Bar Maintenance Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times Prepare garnishes and mise en place before service Follow opening and closing checklists Requirements Previous bartending experience (1-3+ years preferred) Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar fundamentals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Must be at least 21 years old Preferred (Not Required) Experience in upscale or fine-dining environments Knowledge of craft cocktails and premium spirits Familiarity with POS systems Work Expectations Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry bar supplies What We Expect Professional attitude Accountability and reliability Team-first mindset Attention to detail What You Get Competitive pay + strong tip potential Growth opportunities within the restaurant High-energy, professional work environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed or visit us in person at: AnTeNa -
