Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages according to food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; handle cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest preferences. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods, including banquet or catering events when required. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or hospitality industry settings. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer brewing processes, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience processing cash transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate order processing and retail math calculations. Previous restaurant or banquet experience is highly desirable; familiarity with catering events is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail in beverage presentation and cleanliness.
