Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their drink orders
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers

Skills:

• Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
