Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced cash drawers. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep offerings fresh and innovative, incorporating current trends in mixology and beverage presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible food handling practices. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality industry experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine knowledge, brewing or beer experience, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or service speed. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
