Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures are followed Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to management Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by verifying IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels Assist in training new team members on food safety practices, POS systems, and customer service expectations Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event activities when required Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash management Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink mixing measurements Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering enhances your suitability for this position Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets endless opportunities for growth!
