Job Description
Marbridge is a long-term residential care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities, offering a full spectrum of services tailored to individual needs and abilities. We're seeking a dedicated Barn Assistant to provide daily care and feeding for our horses, maintain clean stalls and water, and support adults with cognitive challenges in a safe, respectful environment.
Shifts Available:
PRN Weekends & Holidays A PRN position is an as‑needed role. Instead of having a guaranteed weekly schedule, PRN team members fill shifts based on the needs of the department. This often includes covering vacations, call‑outs, busy periods, or open shifts. PRN roles are great for candidates who want flexibility, enjoy choosing when they work, or are looking to supplement another job.Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 an hour Free meals available for specific shifts Access to our state of the art gym facilityQualifications and Skills:
Horse experience is a must Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on uneven terrain Strong communication and respectful demeanor Commitment to resident safety, well-being, and independence Ability to provide minor medical care.
