Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments through POS systems. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering products. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service. Participate in special events or catering functions as required. Requirements Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or similar roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transactions. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for beverage preparation. Experience with brewing techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
