Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient service. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity. Assist in setting up banquet events or nightclub functions by serving food and beverages promptly while managing multiple tables or stations efficiently. Support team members during busy hours by managing time effectively to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices to ensure guest safety. Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to manage transactions accurately. Exposure to fine dining settings or catering environments enhances your ability to deliver polished service experiences. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality; excellent time management skills are essential.
