This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a lively environment. As part of our team, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, craft innovative beverages, and provide outstanding service to ensure our guests enjoy memorable moments. All positions are paid and offer a vibrant work atmosphere where teamwork and hospitality excellence are celebrated. Responsibilities Manage restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow Lead and supervise team members, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Oversee food preparation, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high-quality standards Prepare and serve beverages as a skilled Bar Tender, utilizing knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Control inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; conduct regular stock checks and manage food production efficiently Train new staff members on service protocols, safety procedures, and customer engagement techniques Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Assist in budgeting activities related to food and beverage costs while maintaining profitability Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transactions Strong background in managing fast-paced quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Knowledge of inventory control methods to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and team management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience in managing bar operations including beverage preparation and barista skills for coffee or specialty drinks Ability to oversee shift management while maintaining high standards of hospitality excellence Prior experience in hotel or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with catering operations is beneficial Strong communication skills for interviewing candidates, training staff, and coordinating with team members Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development to foster a motivated team environment Join us to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your expertise can shine!
