The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist with banquet or catering events as required, providing excellent hospitality service.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to high standards of hospitality Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations preferred Work Schedule Full-time position Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts Restaurant closed on Sundays
