Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers, Bartenders, and Bussers to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your primary role will involve preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Assist in catering events by preparing drinks for large groups as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to food safety standards and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times. Skills Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor that enhances the guest experience.
