Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender - Server, where you will be the heart of the guest experience! In this dynamic role, you will craft exceptional drinks, serve delicious food, and deliver outstanding customer service in a lively environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, fun atmosphere. We are hoping to find a Bartender and Server all in one, some days will include bartending and other will be a server.

Pay is up to you:

You will get an hourly base pay and it varies if acting as a Bartender or a Server.

Bartender :

$ Hourly + Tips + % of Servers sales = $$$

Server :

$Hourly + Tips = $$$ Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using Toast POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times. Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management and multitasking skills during busy shifts. Assist with music and event night and also private parties by serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Requirements Prior experience in food service. 1 year preffered. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS for order processing and sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws; certifications are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days.
