Job Title:
Barback/Door PersonJob Summary:
- The Barback assists bartenders in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced bar. The role involves supporting the bar staff by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized, allowing for smooth and efficient service to customers. this Position will also include standing at the door and checking ID's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in preparing drinks ingredients , including cutting garnishes and mixing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Stock and replenish supplies, such as liquor, beer, mixers, ice, and garnishes.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and ensuring their needs are
- Collaborate with the bar team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus.
- Must possess TABC.
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
