Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe drinking environment. Skills Strong understanding of food safety and food handling practices. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Familiarity with retail math concepts for inventory management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
