In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Keep track of inventory levels for bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to accurately process transactions. Background in food industry roles such as food service or catering that demonstrate your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
