FOH ALL POSITIONS
- Upscale Food & Wine Bistro Ambitionpath Hospitality Ambassadors North Texas | ~90 minutes from Dallas We are building an exceptional hospitality team for the opening of our new upscale Food & Wine Bistro and are seeking passionate, hospitality-driven professionals to join us. We are looking for shift leads, servers, and bartenders who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a service-focused environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an opening team, help shape our culture, and grow with a hospitality company that is actively expanding and creating new opportunities for team members. Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences Creating a welcoming and polished dining atmosphere Maintaining strong menu knowledge, including food, wine, and specials Supporting seamless communication between the dining room and kitchen Ensuring tables, stations, and service areas remain clean and organized Assisting teammates to maintain efficient service flow Following established service standards and procedures Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality Qualifications Experience in a restaurant full steps of service Background in upscale or service-driven dining environments preferred Working knowledge of wine (varietals, regions, pairings, presentation) Strong communication and team leadership skills Passion for hospitality and guest experience Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Why Join Us Be part of the opening team for a new upscale concept Opportunity for growth within a developing restaurant group Collaborative and hospitality-focused culture If you enjoy leading from the floor, supporting a team, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to connect.
