Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Handle cash processing, balancing registers at shift end, and managing bar-related paperwork with precision. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within hospitality environments; cocktail experience is essential. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple drink orders simultaneously. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service quality. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and basic math skills for accurate measurements and cash handling. Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality industry growth is essential.
