The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with banquet service or catering events as needed, ensuring all guests are satisfied. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for the food industry and hospitality is highly valued.
