Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a talented and energetic Bartender! Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and safety protocols. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while managing inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience in retail math, brewing knowledge, or catering services is a plus. Previous restaurant or food industry experience that demonstrates adaptability and teamwork in fast-paced environments.
