In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Toast POS system), and billing efficiently and accurately. Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages or issues promptly. Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and monitoring consumption to promote a safe environment. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast; strong cash handling skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Experience in a full service bar is a must.
