Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, Bartender, or Host, where your enthusiasm and commitment to exceptional service will help create unforgettable guest experiences. In this fast-paced, lively environment, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, guides them through our menu, and ensures every visit feels warm, professional, and memorable. This is a paid position located directly on the San Antonio River Walk, offering strong earning potential through lucrative tips and the opportunity to grow your hospitality career in a fun, high-energy setting. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations with professionalism and courtesy Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Toast Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients and specials, and provide thoughtful recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar stations, and host stand Handle guest inquiries by phone with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience Qualifications Previous experience as a server, bartender, or host preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments highly desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Toast is a benefit Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Guest services or hotel experience is an advantage but not required Why Join Us?
