Bartender

Compensation:

$10 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist in catering events as required, providing beverage service to guests.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register is beneficial. Knowledge of brewing techniques or cocktail preparation is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. About Company Our newly reimagined boutique property in Stephenville, Texas, opened in January 2025.
